Job Description

The Strategy & Transformation Service Line is comprised of business consulting capabilities within Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Financial Management (FM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Strategy & Change (S&C) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Customer relationship management consultants work with clients to help them become more customer-focused. Successful applicants will help companies improve the areas that touch their customers directly; including sales, service and marketing. Representative projects have included focus on CRM strategy, contact center optimization, marketing and sales transformation, as well as Service Transformation.
- Financial management consultants help CFOs and finance organizations envision, design, and implement financial and accounting processes and the underlying technologies that are required to overcome today’s most complex business challenges. Consultants apply their expertise in finance transformation, operations improvement, and business risk management to help our clients meet their goals.
- Human capital management consultants help improve the strategic value, impact, and effectiveness of our client’s human resources organization.
• Consultants apply their expertise in HCM process design and transformation, as well as learning & development initiatives to drive change. Consultants help transform HR service delivery for changes in strategy and structure, operating models, organizational design, process improvements, and learning initiatives.
- Supply chain management consultants routinely provide innovative business process design, systems integration, and application design and management services to help clients streamline their organizations. Projects focus on logistics, supply chain strategy, supply chain planning, operations management, product lifecycle management, procurement, and asset management.
- Strategy & change consultants help clients achieve competitive advantage by framing industry opportunities and challenges into strategic options.
Representative projects focus on the development of business strategy, operations strategy, organizational change strategy, and technology strategy. The end-result for our clients is the successful delivery of value-based, industry oriented solutions that provide operational improvements, financial gain, and ultimately market advantage.

Required
- At least 6 months experience in Customer Relationship Management, Financial Management, Human Capital Management, Strategy and Change, or Suppy Chain Management
- Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
- English: Intermediate
- Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Relationship Management, Financial Management, Human Capital Management, Strategy and Change, or Suppy Chain Management
- At least 6 months experience in consulting |
